It also covers how to make lump sums through assisted sales and flips and deal packaging.
It goes through the Buy Refurbish, Refinance strategy step by step showing how you use this to recycle the same deposits over and over again.
It trains you in the art of negotiation and how to get the best price and conditions on a purchase.
Then finally it moves on to building a power team and managing refurbishments to finally ending on how to protect your portfolio when you do have it.

Catherine Brennan has a unique background in finance, property and interior design. She trained as an Accountant and is a qualified Financial Advisor. She has lectured to degree level in accounting and finance. She is also qualified as an interior designer. She brings a wealth of practical experience and expertise to help support and guide people how to make property investment work for them.
- Owned an accountancy practice focused on driving profitability for business owners which she sold in 2007.
- As a financial advisor she has overseen over 400 insolvency cases & bank assisted sales over the last 6-7 years with large debt write downs.
- Director in a property development company which developed social housing and built over 60 houses between 2005 and 2008 in Kildare.
- Managed a legal firm and is very familiar with the conveyance system in Ireland meaning faster sales and purchases.
- Bought, renovated, and sold over 50 units over the two decades in Ireland and the UK and abroad so understands all aspects of the buying, selling, renovating process.
Catherine herself specialises in tenant free strategies such as flips, assisted sales and renovations as she splits her time between Ireland and Portugal and prefers tenant free strategies.
